Use path

Make a scoped, versioned claim.

  1. Install a specific published package version.
  2. Check the language-specific support matrix before relying on a validator.
  3. Do not claim npm 0.2.0 availability until it is present in the registry.

Evidence boundary

Declare only what the evidence supports.

Python and JavaScript surfaces are not at feature parity. npm currently exposes 0.1.1; the 0.2.0 source and Trusted Publishing workflow do not prove publication.
